Selected work

Systems built for the whole experience.

Project notes on connecting what people see, what teams run, and what the technology must make possible.

Challenge

FWDHer needed more than a website. Its public presence, application path, onboarding, membership community, and events had to feel like one clear experience.

Build

A brand-aligned digital experience, custom application and intake flow, and a member journey designed around Circle.

System

The ecosystem connects discovery to application, onboarding, community participation, and public or member event workflows, with operational handoffs considered for administrators as well as members.

Why it mattered

The work created one understandable path through what could easily have become a fragmented collection of tools.

02 / Rise & Reign Coffee Co. · prettycoffeecart.com

A brand, booking system, and operating stack built together.

Challenge

A mobile coffee concept needed its customer experience and back-office operations to support the same business model from the beginning.

Build

The work spans the brand system, website, menu and experience architecture, quote and booking estimator, inquiry flow, lead capture, and structured client data.

System

Supabase-backed workflows and the deployment architecture support the operating foundation. Mobile and web application concepts for ordering, queue, loyalty, and KDS-oriented operations have been designed, prototyped, or remain in development as the business evolves.

Why it mattered

Designing the brand and operation together keeps what customers see connected to how the work is actually delivered.

03 / Selected founder-led enterprise work

Turning a complex enterprise engagement into a repeatable operating system.

Challenge

In her corporate role, the founder led work to make a complex, cross-functional enterprise engagement model clearer, repeatable, and teachable.

Build

The program covered scoping and launch, ownership and escalation, value realization, closeout and transition, work intake, cross-product sequencing, dependencies, risk and decision tracking, training, and adoption.

System

A connected operating system included Asana portfolio and project structures, Microsoft Teams channel templates, resource-center templates, engagement pipeline tooling, and executive health and timing reporting.

Why it mattered

Clearer ownership, visibility, and shared ways of working made a complicated engagement lifecycle easier to run and easier to learn. This is experience from the founder’s corporate role, not a separate Pretty.Tech client engagement.
